When i ended my previous post on the TOTAL BALLOON MANAGEMENT I had an optimistic feeling i could leave him peacefully to do whatever he wants.
But the BALLOON shall not go down without a fight and same goes for me.I will continue my fight till all of us get justice.

As the end neared for POM-POM , I was relieved in one way . I was hoping it was the last that we would see of our management guru Mr.SR . However fate decided otherwise and i got stuck with him again for a subject Total Quality Management
